Support Engineer/Support Analyst Overview:
  • Assist with client integrations and on-going client support
  • Respond to and resolve incidents as internal and external clients report them. 
  • Engage with technical resources to resolve incidents
  • Track and maintain incidents/tickets to ensure service level agreements are met within the ITIL based management system
  • Support Command Center operations including creating and maintaining support documentation, building automation scripts, and other operations development needs
  • Participate in communication/negotiations with vendors to ensure support requirements are met in the most cost effective manner
  • Monitor operational systems to ensure compliance with companies SLA’s

    Job Requirements

    Support Engineer/Support Analyst Required Skills:
    • 2+ years of professional technical support experience
    • Must be comfortable troubleshooting Linux servers and related technologies
    • Must be strong with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and/or PostgreSQL
    • Understanding of FTP and data transfer is highly desired
    • Any development background in Python, Java, C++, and/or JavaScript is a huge plus
