Financial Advisor - Wealth Manager



As a Wealth Manager with of one of the most well respected retirement companies in the country, you will have the opportunity to help clients manage their investments and capitalize on the current tax environment and leave a legacy for what they care about through comprehensive financial planning. 

Our ideal candidate is hardworking, entrepreneurial, and has a desire to earn well into a six-figure income. Our first year Wealth Manager program candidates typically earn between $75,000-$100,000 for their first year.

Responsibilities include:

Obtaining your Series 7, 66, Life & Health licenses.

Analyze clients’ financial situations and common problem areas associated with investment management, tax planning, and legacy planning.

Meet with prospects, attorneys, and CPAs to help implement strategies to capitalize on today's current tax and investment environment.

Attend and complete intense investment, tax, and legacy training sessions to obtain an advanced knowledge of financial planning strategies.

While no prior industry or sales experience is needed for this position, successful candidates for the advisor role have prior work experience; have an entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to personal and professional integrity. Someone with a drive to meet and exceed personal and professional goals would be a good fit for this role!


Additional requirements of the role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or industry related field (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
  • Demonstrated successful track record with a proven ability to accomplish goals; prior sales experience, a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to obtain required industry licenses
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
