Job Description



The Creative Services Manager is responsible for aligning creative capabilities with business needs. A large part of this role is the creative leadership that leads to a creative, innovative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about screen layout and design, interactive multimedia solutions, UX/UI, mobile, responsive web design, advertising and technical papers for learning. The manager is responsible for working collaboratively with other key members of the production team to create new capabilities, processes, and toolsets.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Campaign Managers to translate requirements into concepts and progress through high-fidelity prototypes until a final design is approved in both digital and print environments.
Maintain and monitor brand identity with relevant design language for each of the product brands. Align with the company brand standards and strategies to provide a seamless customer experience..
Work closely with other graphic and web designers to promote best practices and drive consistency and high quality implementation of the brand identity.
Stay current with design trends, techniques and marketing automation capabilities.
 
Qualifications

Work Authorization

The company will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this position. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Relocation
