Assistant Restaurant Manager

This is the entry level, salaried management position, with full responsibility for the operation of a single-unit restaurant in the Restaurant Manager's absence. The primary responsibilities are to perform management and administrative duties with secondary responsibility for supervising workstation operations. Applicants must display leadership qualities in the area of people, products, and services management  for maximizing restaurant sales and profits as well as ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures. Base pay starts at $24,000 per year and up based on fast food managerial experience. Bonus is based on guest service and profit performance.

General Restaurant Manager 

As a Restaurant General Manager you will be an important member of the team who delivers our Customer Promise by managing human resource, operational and financial objectives. With strong performance, you can progress with possibilities for advancement to field positions. 

  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
  • Ensure safety codes, company safety and security policy are met
  • Assist Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members
  • Conduct performance appraisals, disciplinary action, motivate and train employees
  • Ensure company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans

  • Job Requirements

    Assistant Restaurant Manager: Restaurant experience and/or managerial experience strongly encouraged!

    General Restaurant Manager: 3+ years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the hospitality industry. 

    District Restaurant Manager: Multi-Unit experience is necessary

    Other Qualifications for Positions: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong math and Windows-based computer literacy
