Job Description

We are looking for entry level professional experience and outgoing personalities who are looking to advance as a entry level Training Manager!

Those with hospitality, restaurant, retail experience have seen to advance quickly in our company due to their work ethic and people skills. With our sales and marketing firm recently obtaining a new client, our organization is looking to grow from 40 to 70 offices within the next 3 years and our Austin office is our primary focus for our growth!

 Due to  a recent  growth initiative from our clients we are seeking a entry level Training Manager. This role is best suited for someone with less than 10 years of professional experience.
 Our organization is  rapidly expanding and we are looking to develop our leadership core!
 We have seen that individuals who have experience in the hospitality, restaurant or retail industries  advance quickly in our culture as Training Managers due to their positive attitudes and extroverted personalities.

The  primary role and responsibility of our  Entry Level full time Training Manager is to create, develop, harness and execute strategic sales and marketing for our clients and then coach, train and develop others within the sales / marketing departments so that our organization and people are able to grow.

Entry Level Training Managers are trained and developed to use a proven system outlined to grow business relations assigned by the Managing Partner to whom they will directly report.

 Our firm is currently seeking go-getter, outgoing individuals who excel in relationship and team building.

Our company fully believes in the training and development of our people.

 The entry level Training Manager position will start at the entry level, learning the basics and foundation of the 5 different departments that our culture consists of. Entry level Training Managers will be  cross-trained in several different corporate departments so that they are in turn able to coach, train, lead and develop others.
We believe in coaching from experience, not title-ship.

Account Training Managers would be trained in and responsible for:

  • Corporate communication: learning steps to the conversation, consultative value based sales and how to establish a need with a business account (it is required to learn business to business, face to face sales with Austin local entrepreneurs and start-ups in order to advance in our organization. The foundation of why our client uses us requires us to know how to gain revenue)
    Human Resources: the learning and conducting of interviews, recruiting and talent development. Entry level Training Managers will assist us in conducting second round interviews as well as making hiring decisions)
    Finance: As a Training Manager the basic understanding of revenue and business financials is an important part of being in our leadership team
    Marketing: Creative campaign development, brand awareness, SEO, etc
    Management:  The nature of the role as a Training Manager is leadership, therefore, self-less leadership, how to coach, train and develop others, how to speak someone's learning curve or style will be taught.

      Job Requirements

      A qualified full time entry level Training Manager in our sales / marketing departments must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and high level of professionalism and integrity. Public speaking skills for presenting to groups are a plus.

      • A strong sense of self and time management
      • Must have an affinity towards having fun and getting the job done simultaneously 
      • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity and ethics
      • Experience with public speaking for presenting to groups is a plus
      • 4 year degree preferred
      • 1-2 years of  retail, restaurant, hospitality, training,  sales, customer service, sales, marketing campaign management or sales / marketing or management / supervisor experience preferred
      • We Prefer Candidates with less than 10 years of Professional post collegiate experience
      • Demonstrated leadership ability
      • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
