Compensation: $36,000.99 to $44,000.99 per year

Start up midstream company located in Westchase is looking for a senior level administrative support to its management level executive team in the legal, finance, accounting and administration departments. The position will serve as the corporate receptionist and welcome all visitors, vendors, etc. This position will also work closely with the VP, Administration to help administer various human resources functions of the company. This role will include but is not limited to assisting in HR functions including Benefit Administration, Employee Onboarding, Employee File Maintenance, Recruiting and Hiring New Employees. Support executive management level personnel. Serve as companys receptionist to greet all vendors, guests and handle main corporate phone. Performs advanced clerical tasks, as required. Strong typing and proofreading skills; ability to produce typed documents quickly and accurately. Filing, including setting up, retrieving and managing electronic and physical files. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Create and edit documents such as correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, minutes, memos, etcusing word processing, spreadsheets, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Access or others. May conduct research, compile data and prepare documents, spreadsheets or reports for consideration and presentation. Maintain executive management level employees calendars, expense account and contact database. Set up and coordinate meetings, conference calls and conferences to include preparing agendas, making arrangements for Committee, Board or other Executives, attend Board, Committee meetings or other meetings as required in order to record minutes, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Make travel arrangements for executives and/or clients. Assist in special events, such as public outreach activities and employee functions. Other duties as assigned.
