Join us to conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.



This role will support payment integrity businesses focused on finding medical cost savings for United clients. Specific responsibilities include:



IT Funding SPRF's / CBA's

Process Documentation and Flow Charts

Monthly savings reporting process oversight

UHCPI Operational Metric Development

Issue Management Tracking

Impact analysis of new opportunities

Monthly Operational Metrics

Monthly savings analysis

Track savings associated with initiatives

SLA reporting

Project Management of Advanced Analytics Modeling

Management of reporting requests

Project Management of open tasks with matrix partners

Preparation of monthly manager presentations

Preparation of quarterly all staff presentations

Preparation of OBR presentations

Delivery of financial modeling data

Analysis of SAM edit rule performance

Coordinate UAT

Sharepoint Management

Business Initiative Management

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field preferred.
5+ year of experience in business/finance analysis.
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).


Demonstrated project management experience.
Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.


Leadership experience preferred.


Payment Integrity experience preferred.
