Robert Half Technology is seeking multiple Clinical User Support Analysts for six month contract to full-time opportunities with our client in Memphis, TN, a leading healthcare provider. This is an Information Technology role; however, the client does not require IT experience and is willing to train qualified candidates with computer proficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with EMR or EHR and any experience with Epic would be a huge plus. Experience working as a nurse, medical business office or administration professional, or healthcare trainer would be ideal. Candidate qualifications for these roles will include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical proficiency using a personal computer Positive attitude, being happy talking on the phone, as this role 100% phone support for the hospital's clinical staff

EMR (Electronic Medical Records), PC Desktop/Workstation.
