Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide (CNA / HHA) - Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

As a CNA / Home Health Aide, you will perform a variety of care duties to enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for our clients. These may include personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, changing of bed linens, etc.

Additional responsibilities of the CNA / Home Health Aide include:

  • Performing personal care for clients, including dressing and bathing
  • Running errands for clients such as going to the grocery store, pharmacy, etc.
  • Performing general homemaking, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Lifting and transferring clients using Gait Belt & Hoyer Lift

Job Requirements

Successful candidates for the CNA / Home Health Aide role should be able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends. Someone with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills would be a good fit for this dynamic healthcare role.

Additional requirements of the CNA / Home Health Aide include:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state for which you are applying or Home Health Aide experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Care Staffing
  • Current TB, physical, and clean background check
  • Reliable transportation with current auto insurance and valid driver’s license
  • HS Diploma / GED required
