  • Solid GAAP accounting background applicable to structuring financial models and business valuation
  • Develop and create structured financial models and able to present complex results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strategic thinker – willing to develop and present recommendations to executive committee
  • Responsible for preparation of research material including both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Responsible to manage due diligence efforts on potential acquisition candidates
  • Integral to development of strategic initiatives and accompanying tactical plans
  • Provides management support and assistance as necessary
Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance , Economics or Accounting
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two to five years’ experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Equipment Finance/Financial Services experience preferred
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to write Macros
  • Advanced experience in all other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex data sets
  • Strong intuitive sense of financials
