Job Description

  • Manage all provider service activities in accordance with the requirements in this RFP
  • Be the primary point of contact with the Department for activities related to provider activities
  • Report and resolve production issues timely and accurately
  • Oversee all Call Center activities

Job Requirements

  • At least five (5) years experience in managing the Provider and/or Member Services for a health care organization
  • At least two (2) years experience managing a call center
  • Bachelor’s is or at least four (4) years’ experience in the position
  • Required
