Concrete Frame Associates is searching for a skilled Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Denver, Colorado office to work in a fast paced office environment independently performing a variety of administrative responsibilities supporting complex concrete construction projects.  KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Provides a wide variety of office functions such as;
  • Greets visitors, accepts, screens and routes communications. Includes answering multiple phone lines.
  • Performs purchasing, office logistics, vendor coordination, and maintains files.
  • Assists with drafting and preparing written documents and/or spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Opens, sorts and distributes mail.
  • Operates a variety of office equipment such as photocopying and facsimiles.
  • Applies Human Resources methodology to ensure the accurate application of programs and processes to support company policies and practices.
  • Assists with preparing and gathering time records for district.
  • Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
  • Processes, gathers, and logs job-site documentation/information monthly.  
  • Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.  
  • Minimum of one year of specialized secretarial or construction administration work experience supporting similar key responsibilities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, interpersonal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and utilizing a variety of business software systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Possess knowledge of construction office administration.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, practices, materials, means, methods and techniques.
