We are currently searching for an experienced and locally established marketing/sales professional for our Account Manager role in territory covered by our Jacksonville, FL Home Health Office (Baker, Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties)

The Account Manager will be responsible for the overall business development activities within the assigned territory. The Account Manager is responsible for educating referral sources about the services and developing relationships to ensure top line growth in accordance with company, accreditation and state/federal regulations.

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, a health-related science (e.g. nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent.
•Minimum of two years local healthcare or related industry sales experience-Home Health Care sales experience is strongly preferred.
•Able to transport self to customer base.
•Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes. May require work after normal business hours to accommodate client needs.
•Regular local travel (100%) required. Some overnight travel also required.
•Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
•Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
•Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
•Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
•Other Duties as Required
