LAND DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently seeking a full-time Land Development Project Manager for our Pittsburgh PA office. 



Job Description

We are an employee-owned civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Land Development Engineering Project Manager to join our team of professionals in Pittsburgh, PA. 


The Land Development Project Manager is responsible for land planning, site engineering, land development, subdivision projects and clients and is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of projects and assisting with new business development for the firm.


The Land Development Project Manager has previous experience with client relationship development, proposal preparation, project budgeting, public presentations, staff supervision and is a client-focused leader and team player possessing excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.


Required Experience

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years' experience in subdivision, land planning and land development engineering including:
    • site layout and design
    • grading
    • utility design
    • storm water management
    • erosion control
    • preparation of permit applications and engineering reports
  • Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Registration of a Professional Engineering license
  • Understanding of municipal review, approval process and ordinance application 
  • Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vision and various engineering applications
  • Requires travel to job sites, meetings and regional offices as necessary

Salary Range: 75K to 95K with Bonus potential.

Medical Benefits, Vacation and 401K plan available.
Willing to relocate the right candidate to Pittsburgh PA
