We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer/Administrator for a FULL TIME position in Mountain View! You will work with the Director of Information Services directly on various national projects. Daily tasks include supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, resolving computer and server related issues and contributing IT related knowledge to improve our network and system architecture. Duties: * Project Planning and Project Management for given projects. * Work independently throughout the project and report to director regularly with project status. * Review current system architecture regularly and propose improvement plans for the current architecture. * Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services. Looking in to the problem and proposed preemptive solutions. * Research new technology and platform for future system and architecture improvement. * Evaluate products and services provided by vendors to make sure service quality. * Identify system performance bottleneck and evaluate request volume versus system resource. Propose system expansion plan to avoid potential system outage due to lack of resource. * Ensure system and network integrity and prevent security breach. * Assess network performance to ensure that it meets the present and future needs of the business. Provides network planning recommendations to the Director. * Layout and review system migration and deployment plan with the Director then execute the plan with Junior Network Engineer. * Provide supports to Junior Engineer and arrange tasks and schedule for Junior Engineer. * Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required. * Take on call role to provide 24/7 support to end users. Job Requirements

Qualifications: The right person will have a good attitude and willing to dedicate himself/herself to support end users with limited computer knowledge. Skills: * Experience in project planning and management. * Knowledge Familiar with Microsoft Window AD environment which includes setup and maintenance. * Good knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN, RDP, and other network protocols. * Experience in network design and setup. Familiar with business level router configuration. * Knowledge in CISCO, NETGEAR, LINKSYS, and JUNIPER network equipments would be a plus. * Good troubleshooting skill in fixing computer hardware and software issues. * Maintain Exchange email server and spam filter server. * Ability to write scripts to simplify system maintenance processes. * Candidate with disaster recovery and SAN knowledge would be a plus. * Experience with end user support. * Ability to evaluate software package and plan for deployment. * Self-motivated and team-oriented. * B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related areas is preferred.
