The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for performing business analysis’s of the activities performed in the Operations and other departments, to identify opportunities for quality improvement and process efficiencies. This will be achieved through then developing and executing targeted operational projects to implement the agreed to process efficiencies. The successful candidate will have a proven record of project execution in a Lead role, within the field based services sector. The candidate will work closely with the Manager of Operations and Vice President to develop and implement Project Plans. The candidate should display a strong personal drive for success and possess interpersonal skills highlighting communications excellence and a ‘self starter’ attitude.
Responsible for the development, coordination and completion of projects
Work with Operations and other functional departments to develop detailed process maps
Provide recommendations for task and/or process improvements
Develop, track, implement and manage Project Plans for operational processes and activities
Lead Project Teams, in cases of larger and cross functional projects
Set deadlines and assign responsibilities
Trouble-shoot and follow up on issues that arise during project execution
Provide regular project status reports to Operations Manager and upper management
Ad hoc projects assigned by Operations Manager
