Our Client is a Global Publicly traded multi-billion dollar per year Consumer Products Company.

 

 

Due to continued growth within its Global Technology/Engineering division, our client is seeking a Reliability Capability Manager. This Reliability Capability Manager will be responsible for coordinating paper machine operations by carrying out responsibilities in a manner which will ensure maximum production.

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION to the Mayfield, KY Metro Area. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED TO SELECTED CANDIDATE. BASE SALARY UPTO $120K BASE + BONUS + RELOCATION PACKAGE. THERE WILL BE NO WORK AND/OR VISA SPONSORSHIP OFFERED FOR THIS POSITION

 

WE’RE AN EXECUTIVE IT SOLUTIONS & RETAINED SEARCH FIRM AND NEED “NO” ASSISTANCE IN FILLING ANY OF OUR ROLES.

 

As a Reliability Capability Manager for the Global Technology/Engineering division, you will:

 

Provide direct supervision, technical direction, administrative management, and leadership in the mill Business Line, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Responsible for the management of all equipment, site, and facility reporting to Plant Superintendent

Manage mill-wide capital program maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources

Coordinate energy management optimization activities

Manage mill environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations

Provide long range planning for complex papermaking process issues

Develops, implements and oversees predictive, preventive and corrective programs

Uses other disciplines in the development and application of reliability engineering, root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes
