Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Application Support Analyst.

As an Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day build or modification of security profile templates along with oversight of review and approval of incoming change requests for profile, workstation or screen ownership, participation in governance review and compliance reporting oversight. May be required to act as liasion to Line of Business and Technology partners including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.

Key Responsibilities:
a Review and process incoming security profile change requests
a May assist with Governance committee review process
a Assist with processing annual re-certifications of profiles within supported applications
a Ensure profile ownership is properly defined and maintained accurate for audit compliance standards
a Ensure daily/weekly compliance reports are processed and issues mitigated timely in accordance with audit compliance standards
a Act as liasion to technology and business partners to assist with review and definition of access related questions
a Act as subject matter expert in key project deliverables to ensure application screen/field changes or new items being introduced are properly accounted for and addressed across security profiles
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical / business area or equivalent industry experience
a 3+ years of industry experience with demonstrated experience in application support and technical troubleshooting preferred
a Strong knowledge and/or experience with MSP, Portal, Passport applications a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self confident, self directed, and ability to work with various levels of staff and management
Excellent time management skills
Ability to remain calm, work in a fast paced, at times pressured environment, and balance competing priorities
Skilled in problem solving and analytical reasoning
