In this position, you will lead and develop a strong outbound orientated sales team – driving exceptional customer experience and achieving revenue goals for a specific geographic area. You will also coach, lead, and monitor local and remote inside sales representatives with respect to goals, metrics, performance and sales skills and techniques.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of sales management experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. For internal candidates, the minimum requirement is 2 years of outbound sales experience with Mobile Mini.
In addition, we are looking for the following skills and abilities:
- Experience with coaching and employee assessment preferred
- Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communicate skills
- Strong computer skills
