Administrative Assistant – Phoenix, AZ 


 


A growing company located in the Valley Area has an opening for an administrative assistant. This is a great opportunity to support a stable company by performing administrative services.  If you are looking to work on a great team with a lot of room for growth this is the administrative assistant position for you.  


 


Duties: 


  • Aid management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information 

  • Reads and routes incoming mail 

  • Prepares an assortment of memos, forms, letters, and various reports

  • Calendaring/Scheduling 

  • Answer calls and direct to appropriate department 

 


Requirements: 


  • High school diploma with 2+ years experience in the field or in a related area 

  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills 

  • Able to handle high call volume
