As a Senior Product Manager for Home Equity you will support managing the P&L for the Home Equity line of business, ensuring business plan expectations are achieved with additional focus on business case development for product enhancements, project execution, pricing strategies, compliance, continuous improvement, client experience, competitive assessment and risk management. The Senior Product Manager for Home Equity will work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Retail Distribution partners, to deliver an industry leading Home Equity product offerings and customer experience, that meet customer needs while driving profitability.
Support and manage the P&L ensuring business plan expectations are achieved with a focus on deepening our customers share of wallet
Drive innovation across the end to end Home Equity lifecycle (origination, servicing, default, product design and offering, customer communication, tools and advice), which will help differentation PNC from our peers
Support and manage our CRA/LMI lending efforts to ensure we achieve an outstanding CRA rating across the PNC footprint
Work collaboratively with our Retail Assets Distribition Management to deliver sales support to all distribution channels so that the Home Equity product is properly positioned to customers
Education and Related Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline, MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years' experience in Financial Services, with at least eight years of assigned product management or comparable banking, lending, technology, risk or demonstrated financial experience.

Preferred knowledge, experience and understanding in Consumer Lending within the areas of expertise in home equity or mortgage
Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes and drive results
Ability to effectively balance risk and opportunity
This position can be filled preferably in Pittsburgh. Will also consider Cleveland or Columbus, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Wilmington, DE, or Charlotte NC.
