As the Human Resource Manager, you will provide support to management by partnering with the Bank’s leaders to create and/or implement HR strategies that support the Bank’s initiatives. HR Director is responsible for management of staffing and recruitment, payroll, employee relations, employee benefits, compensation, performance management, HR related learning and development and compliance. Build relationships with coworkers and management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum five years HR experience, including a minimum of three years supervising staff.
Solid knowledge of HR and employment laws and practices.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or human relations.
PHR or SPHR certification, a real plus!
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) proficiency
Familiarity with Payroll systems and bank programs (Jack Henry and Synapsys experience helpful).
