Develop, implement and operate the worldwide Datacenter Infrastructure. Provide input to the overall IT design supporting the business objectives globally, while optimizing spends and the technology infrastructure life cycle. Responsible for the alignment and integration of the global Datacenter technology (server virtualization, storage management, hardware lifecycle management, etc.) and methods into the complete Firm technology portfolio, in particular around the integration of the Communication and Applications Infrastructure. Perform any other duties as required by the Firm. Duties and Accountabilities: Report to the Datacenter Operation Team Leads and takes direction from other assigned management positions Provide technical leadership, direction and guidance in the respective areas of responsibility Ensure all Datacenter Infrastructure components are appropriately managed, resilient, documented and are in line with industry best practices Lead and participate in Firm projects and initiatives, with a focus on Datacenter technologies Participate in Firm-wide planning activities Participate in the review and optimization of expenditures and contracts Actively monitor new and emerging Datacenter-related technologies, trends, issues and solutions Please send resumes directly to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]

Job Requirements

Major areas of responsibility are: - Manage and maintain NetApp storage platforms (FAS 62xx, 32xx, 2xxx series), using administrative tools, ONTAP, SnapManager - Implement, manage and maintain clustered VMWare ESX environments, integrate them into the storage and network environment and supporting the application requirements - Implement, manage and maintain the Active Directory environment - Implement, manage and maintain a Windows Server environment and all operational toolsets (e.g. backup, monitoring etc) Qualifications: BS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience 5+ years experience working for a medium to large geographically dispersed enterprise Experience in the operation and implementation of technologies in a virtualized Microsoft and Cisco dominated environment, preferably at a medium to large size organization Ability to travel or work overtime, as needed
