Help Desk Analyst Duties: Communicate with end-users to understand their support requests Provide initial technology support to the Woodbridge and satellite offices on: o Microsoft Windows o Microsoft Office Suite o Computer Hardware o Mobile/Tablet Equipment o Printers/Copiers o Application Software as necessary o Provide assistance with user passwords / resets o Escalate support requests to upper tier resources when appropriate o Enter, organize and track technology work tickets (Track-IT) o Collaborate with and assist the rest of the IT team o Perform other assigned duties not defined above, as needed. Assist in Hardware Rollout and Migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 JOB REQUIREMENTS Help Desk Analyst Skills and Requirements: Ability to provide exceptional customer service Superior interpersonal skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of installation, configuration and management of Desktop Operating Systems such as Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7. Basic IP/Networking Skills Knowledge of configuration and management of mobile devices and iOS / Android Ability to manage Active Directory accounts and passwords (password resets, account unlocks) Knowledge of installation, configuration, and use of the Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
