Job Description

  • Conduct quality reviews for all aspects of the project
  • Monitor performance to ensure compliance with the contract
  • Implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure all services provided meet or exceed contract requirements
  • Ensure the quality of all deliverables including but not limited to reports, documentation, testing, and responses to telephone inquiries and correspondence

Job Requirements

  • At least three (3) years experience in managing the Quality Assurance component of a large-scale integrated healthcare claims processing system
  • At least five (5) years experience in managing technical and business quality programs in a complex IT environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of management
  • At least two (2) years experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying corrective actions needed to comply with contract requirements;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage independent testing of software quality
  • Bachelor’s is or at least four (4) years’ experience in the position required
