The Superior Group is partnering with our client in San Jose, CA in a search for their next Field Service Engineer.
The Field Service Engineer is the expert level support for local field service teams, service providers providing technical assistance to ensure maintenance and repairs are properly executed, installation and commissioning of IE products and tools.
This person is the technical champion on all aspects of maintenance and repair for IE products, training Field Service Engineers on site and be the escalation point for difficult repairs where on site engineers are not capable to fix an issue on-site.
This person will be responsible for developing Standard Operational Procedures for onsite and workshop repairs and maintenance, as well as, installing and maintaining CE service tools and refill rigs globally and training and support of local service providers.
Will have to travel internationally up to 50% of the time in certain periods
