The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.
Our Human Resources team provides management and guidance on all policies, programs and compliance efforts associated with hiring, team member retention, compensation/benefits, diversity/inclusion, employee relations, learning programs, and consults with managers and team members to manage change. CLG HR partners with business leaders to drive performance and identify and manage employment, operational and reputation risks.
The CLG HR Systems Web Team designs, develops, and supports a wide range of business critical intranet websites, advanced forms, workflow applications, and custom web applications to assist our business partners across the Consumer Lending Group. Candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of technical solutions to support our business partners’ needs. Candidate will closely consult with our internal business partners, taking requests all the way from inception to implementation; building very effective, scalable, and elegant solutions that contribute to the business goals of our Human Resources and CLG organization. Candidate will lead projects, lead the design, and develop web-based applications for our team members and managers.
