Job Description

Due to recent expansion within Chicago, we are looking for energetic and outgoing professional Marketing Consultants in order to meet our client's expansion goals.

Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultants are responsible for driving customer success and adoption within a defined set of customers, focusing on the Fortune 500 Client.  
At Cooper Concepts, Marketing Consultants are fully trained in all aspects of sales consulting as well as customer service.  Our training program focuses on developing the necessary tools to be successful long term within our company so that they are able and fully prepared to progress into an Executive Management role.  All of our promotions at our firm come only from within and are based on performance and merit.  What this means is that Marketing Consultants are given the tools they need to advance, but can do this at their own pace based on their experience level.  

Typically Marketing Consultants can expect to see themselves in the Executive Management role within six months to a year.

    Job Requirements

    Marketing Consultants are  expected to have the ability to interact with potential customers, as well as existing customers and explain the benefits of our clients in order to support their demand for customer retention as well as new acquisitions.  We have found that by utilizing face to face on site presentations, we not only are able to build brand awareness for our clients, but it also enables us to develop relationships with the customers that we are bringing our clients.

    • Are you an agile learner who is capable of asking the right questions and drawing upon your intellectual foundation to engage with a novel concept as it is being presented to you? 
    • Energy
    • Are you excited to contribute to a fast-paced and passionate environment, and can you convey that passion to your clients?


    • High School Diploma
    • College Degree preferred
    • Ability to pass a background check
