Restaurant Manager  (Restaurant Management / Food Service)

Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations
  • Ensuring that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner
  • Counting money and making bank deposits
  • Investigating and resolving complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Monitoring budgets and payroll records, and reviewing financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted
  • Maintaining food and equipment inventories, and keeping inventory records
  • Scheduling staff hours and assigning duties
  • Establishing standards for personnel performance and customer service
