Based in Dayton, Ohio you will accountable for supporting and troubleshooting complex systems using dumps, traces or other diagnostic aids. You will be accountable for recommending and changing system parameters or configuration variables to improve overall system performance, and will own the accountability for communication, documentation and awareness for the team for critical functions and applications.
