Robert Half Management Resources is looking for an HRIS analyst for a public/non-profit client in the Metro west area. Specific responsibilities include integration; report generation; and delivering on technical support strategy as it relates to functional areas of HR. The HRIS Analyst must be able to oversee data maintenance, accuracy and auditing. Prepare for and assist with open enrollment. Maintain security setup company-wide. Create standard and ad-hoc reports. The HRIS Analyst must have Ultimate Software (Ultipro) and Business Intelligent software experience, this is absolutely required. Ultipro is required. Advanced Account Reconciliation, Advanced Policies & Procedures, Advanced Pension/Profit Sharing, Advanced Payroll Management, Advanced Payroll - In-House, Advanced Internal Control Review, Advanced Audit, Operational, Advanced Audit, Information Systems
