FishNet Security, the premiere provider of strategic enterprise information security solutions, is looking for a Territory Director to oversee and manage the complete sales and business operations in the Northwest Territory.
•Manages a field sales team. Represents, communicates and executes on specific sales strategies.
•Develop direct reports, including training and onboard new Account Executives, and ongoing development and performance management of existing Account Executives.
•Involvement in opportunity pricing structures and approvals.
•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net income goals .
•Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members.
•Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
•Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of account executives.
•Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills in a team environment.
•Provides guidance, constructive input and motivation to team.
•Manages operational effectiveness of team.
•Manage sales activity to include, forecasting and quota achievement by account executives.
•Ensure all aspects of customer satisfaction are being met.
•Provide executive sponsorship for local clients.
•Manage and maintain healthy partner relationships at a Territory level.
•Develop and manage Territory marketing calendar and events in collaboration with Marketing Coordinator.
•Remain current with industry organizations (ISSA, ISACA, etc.) or other networking venues.
•Stay current with and update team on FishNet communications, policy and procedure updates, and organization changes.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
