Position Title: Maintenance and Engineering Manager
Salary Range: $90-125k range plus 15% bonus, plus relocation
Locations : Sacremento CA area

Plant Engineer Manager
¿ Overall coordination of Plant property and equipment maintenance.
¿ Defines and drives engineering practices to improve process flows and cost reduction to support the plant operations and continual improvement process.
¿ Establishes individual goals for team members in alignment with overall organization goals and performs periodic performance reviews to determine progress.
¿ Assist in planning, scheduling, and directing the installation and maintenance of equipment and facilities to insure safe and cost efficient operations.
¿ Coordinate assigned capital and expense projects in such a manner as to achieve the targeted objectives.
¿ Prepare requests for capital authorizations to highlight financial advantages of design changes.
¿ Design, improve, and install equipment and systems to improve plant efficiency and meet company and plant needs.
¿ Support manufacturing departments by engineering solutions to increase productivity, job capabilities, and equipment capabilities at the department’s request.
¿ Provide engineering assistance to the production and maintenance groups in analyzing and solving problems.
¿ Assist the production group in maximizing output, improving equipment availability, and reducing scrap.
¿ Stay abreast of new technologies associated with the industry, through trade magazines, training classes and technical manuals.
¿ Other Duties As Assigned
¿ BS, ME, EE or related
¿ 5+ years experience in a high volume food or beverage processing plant. Highly prefer fluid dairy processing or ESL processing experience
¿ Management responsibility in a 7X24 operation, including experience with a PM Software program.
¿ Capital budgeting and planning experience required.
¿ Must have managed other engineering functions such as project, process, and packaging.
