We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive that thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment.  You will be placed at the forefront of our evolution up-market and tasked with driving and executing RC’s largest engagements with customer size and scope of 1000+ employees.  As an integral part of our Major accounts focus, you will be involved with understanding the communications needs of business customers, face to face in-person discussions with decision makers, and designing solutions to meet those unique business needs.   Your sales pipeline will be supported by our robust lead generation program. 

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll become the resident expert on RingCentral services and will sell new customers our hosted VoIP platform, call management services, and IP hardware.
  • Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • You will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.
  • Manage pipeline, sales activity and ability to accurately forecast
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value based selling 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 7 + years of solution-based enterprise-level selling (Hosted Solutions, Telecommunications, SaaS)
  • Thorough understanding of a related technology (on-premise and hosted IP-PBX systems, hosted services, managed services, networking, servers, routers, etc.)
  • Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota
  • Outside/field selling experience.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as directed by sales management
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Proficiency using SalesForce.com
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
  • Internal drive & competitiveness
  • BS degree, continued education preferred
