Robert Half Technology has an awesome long term contract opportunity for a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst who is fluent in both English and French (Canadian or European) and looking to expand their technical capabilities! Our client is an industry leader in the manufacturing of technology products and is currently expanding their services internationally. As a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst, you will have the capabilities to assist external customers from around the world with questions and issues they have regarding the technology products that our client manufactures. Our client has a fast-paced environment that will expand your troubleshooting skills to a new level. Having a 4 year degree in computer science, mathematics, agriculture or related field, prior experience providing remote technical support and having any knowledge of the agriculture industry is what our client desires for this Help Desk Analyst opportunity. Additional qualities our client looks for in candidates are excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
