. This job involves direct -in-person sales of services to new business prospects at the entry level. Then, this job involves training, preparing meetings and potentially managing others. Pay based on performance. 


The average time frame from starting as an entry level manager trainee to a Market management promotion is 12 months. It’s fast. It’s also hard. If long-term goals aren't important, best move would be to move on to a different business opportunity.
