The Office Manager is a leader, proficient in effectively managing day-to-day operations in multiple offices. This Office Manager position plays a critical role in efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure that the most organized, professional service is being provided. They must be focused on growing the Company locally within each office and broadly as we look to expand and enter new markets. The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the financial statements, budget and forecasting for multiple locations. Dental experience would be a bonus.

Job Requirements

Budgeting/Forecasting, Training and Development, Financial Statement Preparation, Financial Reporting, Excel knowledge.
