Job Description

Caesarstone, a nationwide distributor of engineered Quartz material, is currently seeking a seasoned, outside Commercial Sales Representative for the Metro Dallas territory and market.

As an outside field Commercial Sales representative, you will be responsible for developing the demand in the market place, by creating new and maintaining current customers, providing training sessions regarding our product and project management for primarily the Commercial Architect and Design Communities. Some duties include:

  • Self-generate leads.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prepare and provide training to customers
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships by networking and participating in trade shows or specific related organizations.
  • Manage projects in the pipeline through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve any client concerns.

Job Requirements


  • Successful candidate will have a professional and energetic work ethic, be computer savvy and be detail oriented.
  • College degree
  • Ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years of similar sales experience and have had similar customers.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Valid  Driver License for applicable state.
  • Good DMV Record.
