  • Works under the supervision of store management while learning to be an effective Pawnbroker.

  • Understands and adheres to industry regulations and Company policies.

  • Prevents loss or damage to Company and customer assets.

  • Maintains a professional and productive work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • HS diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 1 year sales and/or customer service experience in a sales driven environment with customer service goals and expectations

  • Required to pass thorough background check and drug screen
