A variety of job opportunities are available in our Home and Office Delivery and Sales Divisions.

•Provides administrative support for Route Operations and Sales including preparation of presentations, report preparation and generation, file creation/maintenance.
•Processes contracts, coordinates placement scheduling to insure new customer satisfaction. Assists in coordinating participation in special events, i.e., fairs and shows, and product donation requests.
•Tracks and maintains timekeeping records, safety records and vacation schedules.
•Manages inventory process including purchasing, physical inventory counting, variance research/evaluation. Recommends process improvements to enhance results.
•Directs services such as computer and office equipment maintenance and repair, supplies, mail and files. Acts as liaison with vendors. Manages cell phone accounts– evaluates usage, makes recommendations for adjustments to service plans for cost efficiencies. Develops and maintains systems to track expenses, process purchase orders and invoices for payment.

Job Requirements

•Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret documents and prepare routine reports and correspondence.
•Demonstrated commitment to customer care responds promptly to customer requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
•Demonstrated ability with software programs to include word processing, Excel, Oracle, PowerPoint.
•Demonstrated ability to plan and organize and manage competing demands with minimal supervision.
•Mathematical aptitude, basic accounting skills.
•Demonstrated ability to utilize/maintain office equipment including printer, fax, photocopier, audio visual equipment and communications devices.
Weekly travel required to nearby branches. Must provide own transportation.
