Job Description

CAH Manager, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant. Duties include, but are not limited to presenting CAH Manager, LLC properties to prospective residents, lease properties, increase occupancy, reduce turnover, and providing superior customer service to our current and future residents. Work with the Property Manager to perform all duties associated with the leasing, renewal, and resident relations programs pertaining to our single-family rental homes. This position reports to the Property Manager.
  Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Include the following but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure. 
  •  Must be able to demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues,
  • Tour and show CAH Manager, LLC properties to perspective residents and initiate new leases.
  • Maintain accurate and in-depth knowledge of all CAH inventory, including pricing, availability, lease expirations, market activity and trends, and competitive available homes
  •  Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects, residents and vendors.
  • Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork, from the application process through move out. This includes processing housing applications, preparing move in information, lease files, renewal letters and renewal leases, move out requests, and any other forms utilized as they relate to leasing and resident relations
  •   Assist manager in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase qualified traffic and internet leads
  • Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, including all laws governing Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws pertaining to real estate or leased Properties

Job Requirements

To ensure performance of this job is successful, the individual fulfilling the Property Manager role must be able to perform each essential function and responsibility satisfactorily.   • Strong professionalism, communication and “people skills”
  •  Superior sales skills
  •  Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Must possess attention to detail
  •  Proven track record of working independently 
  •  Available to work both weekends and evenings
  • Computer skills, Microsoft word, and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media as it pertain to marketing CAH Manager, LLC.
  • Required License - All CAH Leasing Consultants are required to hold and/or be willing to get a Colorado State real estate license
  • Required equipment - Employee must maintain reliable transportation daily, valid driver’s license, and valid vehicle insurance
  • Typical Physical Demands - Regularly required sitting and standing for several hours at a time, to climb up and down stairs several times each day, and to lift no more than 5 pounds with ease.
Working Conditions:
  • Typical Office Environment- no unusual exposures
  • The employee frequently will be required to sit, stand, walk etc. 
  •  The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  •  Travel is required 50% or more
  • Computer, keyboard, telephone, fax machine, scanner and copier, etc.
  • Occasional overtime work required throughout the year
