The contractor is responsible for Real-Time Operations and Innovation (RTO&I) support to the Air Force and Joint Cyberspace war fighters via Cyber Mission Forces (CMF) support training. This task provides the customer the expertise to ensure RTO&I operations produce, test, integrate, and train network operators with innovative capabilities in a timely manner to Mission Qualification Training (MQT) standards. The contractor shall manage the customers advanced and routine training program, develop the Unit Education and Training Plan, and recommend advanced training opportunities based on current mission and near term customer engineering projects for Combat Mission Ready (CMR) personnel and tool developers. The contractor shall stay abreast of current global cyber technologies and commercial training programs. The contractor will assist with all mandatory on-line and platform training courses for the unit and help Government personnel with setting advanced training objectives and brief all incoming personnel on training policy, procedures and responsibilities. The contractor will also conduct training sessions using checklists and customer approved lesson plans in accordance with applicable Air Force Instructions, proctor examinations, and assess results and provide reports on training trends to the customer in a timely manner for curriculum improvement. The contractor shall work with associated units and higher headquarters related training personnel to ensure relevant information is being conveyed and recommend training solutions and curriculum adjustments as needed. Additional Tasks: - Work with 24 AF/AFCYBER to ensure operational information is integrated into curriculum and standards. - Assist with the creation and maintenance of curriculum and other training documents using software such as the Microsoft Office Suite software. - Collaborate with the customer to define training objectives, course content, training materials, and timeframes for execution - Develop and deliver a variety of customer training programs including on-boarding programs as required - Create and implement additional strategies, initiatives, and communications which provide enhancements and/or process improvements for the training programs - Calculate course evaluation data and related statistical information
At least 7 years of related experience in U.S. Military environment. Demonstrated experience with Cyber network operations and training.
Required Clearance: TS//SCI (must have held TS//SCI position within the previous two years, not just SCI eligible)
Desired: Bachelors Degree in technical field (i.e. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering); understanding of computer programming (C, C++, etc.), Security+ CE certification, working knowledge of AFCYBER architecture, familiar with JWICs, SIPR, and NIPR. Keywords:
