A Twin Cities energy services company is looking for an Enforcement Attorney to report to its Vice President of Enforcement and Regulatory Affairs. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience practicing administrative law and/or regulatory affairs, with a particular focus in energy regulation desired. The position entails regulatory research, monitoring and interpretation, cross-functional work with business units and external stakeholders to prepare accurate records for enforcement actions, compliance document management, submission of documentation to and communication with regulatory authorities, and drafting notices and settlement agreements.
