Job Requirements

The General Sales and Operations Manager is responsible to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. This person oversees and manages daily operation of a retail store with full profit and loss responsibility. Additionally, this person is accountable for overall store safety, employee orientation and training, inventory, and point of sale reconciliation.

You will learn excellent customer service skills and the ability to execute Jiffy Lube service procedures with every customer. Additional training to enhance your skills includes the following certifications:
· Signature Service Training
· Safety Training
· Product Knowledge Training
· State Inspection Certification (where available)
· Fleet Sales Certification 


Salary range is $30K - 35K including bonus for 1st year.

 

At least 1 year management experience is needed. Retail and/or automotive experience preferred.

A valid state driver’s license is required to apply for this position. Criminal background check also required. EOE
