Job Description:The main accountabilities for the LMS Administrator is serving as a PLS (PGS Learning System) Administrator and providing customer service to the site for all training processes related to the PLS. This includes data entry, processing change control of training documents using QTS (Quality Tracking System), providing training reports, and maintaining data integrity within the system.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages assignment profiles, administers curricula and item ID creation in PLS.

  • Maintains change control of curricula documents in PLS using QTS in support of site training initiatives.




  •  Associates degree in Science or Computer Technology or 5 years of related experience.

  • Need high aptitude and proficiency with computerized systems.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.



  • Familiarity with Plateau Learning Management System, Trackwise, or PDOCS.

  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures.
