Can you ensure that all Help Desk tickets are followed up on and resolved in accordance with our Service Level Agreement? Can you ensure all incoming calls are answered in an average of 90 seconds?   • High School diploma
  • Degree in Computer Science preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in help desk or support related positions preferred
