Field Sales Representative
Berendsen Fluid Power North America, a world-class distributor of fluid power products has an immediate opening for a mobile Field Sales Representative for the Denver, CO territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mobile sales background and skill sets complimented by years of experience in the fluid power industry. The ability to form alliances with established and potential customers and translate needs into products and services available through Berendsen Fluid Power is essential. Additionally, the selected candidate must be knowledgeable regarding the application and introduction of fluid power products to the OEM markets. This individual must be able to work with engineers and specify parts for new applications.
In addition to a proven track record of successful sales experience in the mobile industry, a technical/mechanical background from an accredited college or university is desirable. Additionally, any level of fluid power certification or an equivalency of 3 years of experience in specifying products to OEMs is required.
- Experience in fluid power industry
- Proven outside sales background
- Clean criminal background check, drug screen and MVR

How We Operate
Each Field Sales Representative works directly with our customers to understand their business needs and provides technical expertise to address any fluid power application concerns. Our customers will also find a rich source of knowledge through our Customer Service & Technical Support Representatives located in our branch offices. This group prides itself on its technical knowledge and is invaluable in answering product related questions, solving field application problems and providing expertise in areas such as electronic controls, power units, hydraulic connectors and pneumatics.
Berendsen Fluid Power can also provide complete packages for our customers’ power and motion control requirements. Whether the system doing the work is fluid power, electrical, or mechanical, we can customize a control package to our customers’ specifications. We excel in developing electrical or microprocessor-based systems for automation, safety interlocks, data logging and other functions for mobile or industrial types of equipment. In addition, our Power Unit Manufacturing designers are ready to assist in custom assemblies and design of power units and manifolds. We also provide system installation, startup, machine modifications, preventative maintenance, mobile equipment repairs, and have a facility that is dedicated to production of hose assembly.
We have more than 25 component repair facilities located throughout the United States and Canada, and are supplier authorized and approved to insure expert, dependable repairs and warranty repairs. Additionally we offer a host of remanufactured products, and a core exchange program for remanufactured products.
Our Logistics Group is responsible for purchasing, warehousing and shipping to customers. We have two strategically located distribution centers in Atlanta, GA and Toronto, ON which provide convenient, accessible and efficient service to our customers.
