Job Description: Works with Operational Excellence Site Leader to execute short and long term strategies. Supports and coordinates with the company’s Consumer Health Transition colleagues to map Carlisle’s current state and execute against identified improvement opportunities. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Work on Improvement activities throughout the organization utilizing Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.

  • Periodically lead projects and processes; work with cross-functional teams to get these project completed on time.

  • Help facilitate a cultural change throughout the organization through training, coaching, and facilitating Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts and principles, such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S & Visual Management, Cellular Manufacturing.

  • Set-up reduction, Root Cause Analysis and TPM to both management and hourly personnel.

  • Support project communication, internally and externally.

  • Provide engineering recommendations for process improvements.

  • Administrates and performs preventative action and continuous improvement activities to assist where needed.

  • Adheres to all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the company, state, and federal authorities.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, science or related fields.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with operational excellence and project management tools.


  • Black Belt or Six Sigma certification.

  • Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering background.
