Retail Sales Representative – Customer Service / Wireless Sales Consultant – Bilingual
As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring while "solving the whole problem"—as opposed to just pushing products. You will also need to develop customer relationships, maintain contact with customers between store visits, and follow up with new and potential customers.
Additional responsibilities for this role include:
- Completing all training and any other webinar or training workshops or calls available
- Keeping updated with all new information pertinent to performing the position at the highest level; keeping abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology
- Working toward achieving assigned individual goals based on store whiteboard and current wireless trends with a minimum expectation of achieving eighty percent (80%) of all individual sales goals
- Using company mandated tools and keeping an individual comprehensive binder to show compliance of all company directives
