Company Overview

When Kenneth F. Merrill founded the K.F. Merrill Company, in St. Paul, in 1968, he created a culture based on fairness, honesty and respect. That tradition continues today as Merrill has evolved into a global organization with more than 5,200 employees.

Merrill led the industry when it computerized its operations and began building a nationwide network of typesetting and printing facilities to provide faster, more responsive service. Leading this national strategy was John Castro, who joined Merrill in 1978 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer.
